Bordeaux: the vineyard off the beaten track
Explore the south of the Bordeaux vineyards and visit two wine estates off the beaten track: one in Graves or Pessac-Léognan and the second in the Entre-deux-Mers region.
The half-day will begin with a visit to a winery in AOC Graves or Pessac-Léognan, certified organic. You will learn how the wines of these terroirs are made, visit the vat room and the barrel cellar, before tasting the wines of the property (red and white, 2 minimum).
Then we will cross the Garonne to discover another part of the Bordeaux vineyards: Entre-deux-Mers. Nicknamed the “little Tuscany”, it is a hilly region that produces a wide variety of wines. You will visit a second wine estate followed by a tasting of at least 3 wines.
At the end of this day, you will have discovered a little visited part of the vineyard and appreciated very different wines.
