Apprentice Olive Oil taster for a day!

If you want always to understand how to recognize an high quality extra virgin olive oil: this is the tour for you!

You will visit secular olive groves and discover the differences between organic and conventional farming. Then you will attend a private guided tasting of different extra virgin olive oils and understand the true features of the real “green gold” of Umbria vs the massive production olive oil. During the tasting you will taste also several organic wines made always by Tili winery ( minimum 5 wines) paired with hot bruschette , a selection of local cheeses and salami and umbrian homemade biscotti.

We can organize for you on request the pick up and drop off from the Assisi city center or local hotels for a fixed rate.
