The market is honestly too full of the fake ones! I’m a producer of the authentic DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar – not the easily one that you find at the supermarket – and I’ll tell you its history and why locals love it so much! It’s not born to be a business like many of the others, it represents a great part of our local culture.
