From Verona: Modena food & wine Full day trip with Ferrari Museum

This is the perfect trip for anyone who wants to discover the history and millenary tradition of the famous “Black Gold” of Modena, its wines and its beautiful landscape.Together with our english certified driver you will leave Verona early morning, to reach the magic Food Valley of Italy
the day starts with a visit to one of Modena’s oldest traditional balsamic vinegar families. The owner Francesco will welcome you, touring his vineyards and seeing all the stages of production from the pressing of grapes to the barrel aging.
The experience includes plenty of vinegar samples and you’ll taste some very old vinegars, more then 50 y.old, too.
You will also do a proper olive oil tasting. Delicious gourmet lunch directly at the terrace overlooking the valley, based on typical local products.
In the afternoon visit the glorious Ferrari Museum. This dedicated museum in Maranello, Italy, focuses on the auto manufacturer’s history and production.
Back in Verona before dinner.
