This tour is designed for guests who wish to gain an in-depth knowledge in the fascinating and sometimes controversial topic of organic, biodynamic and natural wines. We set out to make all of this easier to understand so through visits to the different vineyards, discussions with the wine makers and the tasting of their wines, you will become better acquainted with the different vineyard techniques, vinification and labelling. And of course, it will be your opportunity to discover the beautiful countryside, timeless villages, culture and cuisine of one of France’s most fascinating regions.
