Organic Farms and Natural Wines Private Tour in Valtellina

This tour will let you discover a unique and genuine side of Valtellina. The natural landscape is the perfect surrounding to this beautiful experience! First we will stop to visit an organic goat cheese: the owner will welcome us, show her farm and enjoy a taste of her products. We will then go to a local restaurant for lunch: using genuine products to develop traditional recipes is the most important characteristic of this place. We will taste, above all, the famous “pizzoccheri”: buckwheat noodles prepared with cabbage, potatoes, butter and cheese. After lunch, our driver will take us to a small biodynamic wine producer, the last step of the tour: with the owner we will visit the cellar and taste his wines from the barrels and from the bottles!
