Truffle is one of the rarest and delicious products of the world and tuscany is one of the main truffle exporters.
That’s why we have decided to give importance to this typical product, entrusting it with a place of honor.
The Experience will start with a tour of our vineyard and olive groves; following a member of the family will briefly introduce you few notions about truffles.
During the experience, guests will learn the secrets of truffles, how to clean them and different ways to cook them. We will start with the preparation of antipasti, fresh homemade pasta and a second course that will include the preparation of pork filet with truffle slices and balsamic glaze flavored with truffle, and of course a tasty dessert.
At the end of the afternoon in the kitchen, you will relax in one of our private and exclusive rooms while tasting all the things that you’ve cooked paired with our organic wines and extra virgin olive oils.
