In addition to a detailed picture of the cultivation of the vine and the production of Barolo, the peculiarity lies in the guided lunch, a real gustatory analysis of the wines and paired dishes. You will be guided to create a graphic map of the various characteristics of each wine and each dish to create real sensory profiles. These, overlapping, become an immediate visual tool to understand which elements contribute to harmonizing tastes. The historic Germano Angelo winery is an important piece of the history of Barolo. Teobaldo Germano was the founder and first president of the Barolo winery then dissolved in 1930 and purchased by Davide Germano to transform it into his own cellar. The tasting takes place in the now renovated rooms. The same Davide who founded the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo and Barbaresco in 1934.
