I will show you all the important places and monuments that have marked the history of this wonderful cosmopolitan city. The tour will make you discover the history and art of this unique city with testimonies ranging from Roman times to the Middle Ages to reach the splendor of the Habsburg era.

We travel by car to Miramare Castle distanced 8 km from Trieste. This wonderful castle is located in the middle of a botanical park of 22 hectares! It was built by Archduke Maximilian of the Habsburg House in 1860 on a promontory overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

Later we go to visit the Collio wine area, one of the most famous wine areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It feels like being in Tuscany surrounded by gentle hills. We will visit a typical winery to taste local and international wines.
